Поздравление с Днём России директора Департамента по работе соотечественниками за рубежом МИД России, ответственного секретаря Правительственной комиссии по делам соотечественников за рубежом Александра Нуризаде.

Дорогие соотечественники, от всей души поздравляю вас с Днём России!

Сегодня на изломе мировой истории все мы особо чувствуем сопричастность к судьбам российского государства и наших сограждан.

Нарастание международной напряжённости, попытки недружественного западного меньшинства разрушить мироустройство и международно-правовые отношения, подорвать базовые двусторонние межгосударственные договорённости, сформировать устойчивый отрицательный стереотип о России и россиянах, внести раскол в российское зарубежье – всё это нацелено на разобщение нашего общества, ухудшение положения российского многонационального народа и ослабление России, носителем суверенитета которой он является. Многовековая история российской государственности знает примеры справедливого выхода из самых сложных ситуаций. Этот опыт вкупе с нашими консолидированными усилиями позволяет не дать подобным планам реализоваться.Ценим вашу любовь к России, которая проявляется и в этот непростой период. Знаем, что в гражданском обществе стран, ставших вашим вторым домом, к русским и в целом к россиянам продолжают относиться с уважением и симпатией. Признательны за ваш энтузиазм в поиске возможностей сохранения общероссийской культурной идентичности, развития деловых связей, защиты прав и свобод соотечественников. Своей общественной деятельностью вы вносите значительный вклад в поддержание российского исторического и культурно-гуманитарного наследия, продвижение русского языка, оберегаете детей от расползающейся в ряде стран деградации в духовно-нравственной сфере.

При наличии того колоссального геополитического и ресурсного потенциала, которым обладает наша страна, ключевая роль в государственном строительстве принадлежит её людям. Миллионы соотечественников образуют одну из самых многочисленных диаспор в мире, которая является неотъемлемой частью российского народа и гражданского общества. Наше единство – залог сохранения российской цивилизационной самобытности и преемственности в развитии российского государства.

The Club of Russian Arts and Literature (VIC Russian Club), since its foundation in 1968, is engaged in organizing meetings, concerts, performances, exhibitions, panel discussions, charity events and trips into Russia, Austria and countries neighbouring Austria for diplomats, UN employees, members of international community in Vienna and Austrian citizens. Such events facilitate understanding and relationships between members of the international community and the public in the host country.

Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation🇷🇺 to the International Organizations in #Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov will inaugurate the exhibition dedicated to the life of remarkable Russian poet Alexander Pushkin “Life and Lyre” at 12.00. After that enjoy the Russian traditional folklore band “Kalinka”. Refreshments will be served.

The event on 8 MayInternational Russian Club event – will start at 16:00 in VIC F1001. The programme will include:

Opening statements,

  • Vice Permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the international Organizations in Vienna Mr Daniil Mokin
  • Deputy Director General of the IAEA, Head of Nuclear Energy department Mr Mikhail Chudakov

-A small concert of Russian musicians with the songs of the WWII era: Lomonosov Moscow State University choir and «April» Choir of the Perm scientific manufacturing instrumentation industry enterprise, Perm, Russia

Traditional and very typical Russian drinks and snacks associated with the World War II period will be served (e.g. Pirozhki, Kasha, home made drinks based on kalgan root, pepper and honey, cranberry and honey, horseradisch, pinenuts, ginger-lemon, etc.)

This is organised by the VIC Club of Russian Art and Literature, the Association of Chinese Culture in Austria, the Austrian Roerich Society – National Committee of the Roerich Pact, and the International Roerich Centre (Moscow), with the support of the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the International Organisations in Vienna.

The event on 9 MayRussian Day (part of the Russia China Culture Week 6-10 May 2019) will start at 12:00 in the VIC Rotunda

Dedicated to the:

  • 74th anniversary of the End of World War II in Europe and the Great Victory Day 9 May 1945
  •   70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China, 
  •   40th anniversary of the Vienna International Centre (VIC)
  •   145th birthday of Nicholas Roerich on the eve of the 85th anniversary of the Roerich Pact – the first international treaty for the protection of cultural heritage in peace and wartime.

This day is directly linked to the UN System, its history and its basic principles. The UN “was founded after the end of World War II by the victorious allied powers with the hope that it would act to prevent and intervene in conflicts between nations and make future wars impossible or limited…The anniversary of the end of the Second World War holds special importance for the United Nations. The war shaped our mission, and its lessons guide our work” (UN Secretary-General BAN Ki-Moon).

 

The programme will include:
